I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the poor service and unprofessional behavior I have encountered with your makvolt. Since this morning, I have made multiple attempts to reach them dharmesh vishal and sandeep regarding an ongoing issue with my machine, which has failed multiple times—both the old machine and the replacement provided by them. Despite my repeated calls, I have received no response. When I have managed to get through, I was met with rudeness and was told to stop calling, which is unacceptable. I have already lodged a police complaint and filed a case with the consumer forum, attaching recordings of my interactions with the owner, Mr. Sandeep Agarwal, who displayed a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism. I will address this matter promptly, as I will be pursuing all available legal avenues to ensure accountability.
